no baking powder...? we make roti soo much different in trinidad....like we dont use out hands to get burn...our roti is not that small...and we use butter for better taste and softness..

Similar to trinidad, but I use butter on the roti before re rolling again. My problem is I can never get my tova heat correct, its either too low or too high.
